  We live in a Spanish Mission home built in 1934 which has a unique roofing tile. We had a leak and had no fewer than 4 roofers come to look at it, all of whom told us it was too difficult, they don't work on roofs like ours, it's not worth their while etc etc. Some only just made it past the front fence before turning on their heels to leave. By pure luck I found Neil who never flinched when I described the roof to him and it turns out, he worked on it 15 years ago (before we owned the house). Neil got up, took a good look around, kicked some tiles back in that had become loose (the most likely origin of the leak) and told us the roof was in excellent condition and didn't need any attention. Such an honest professional who truly knows his trade. Highly recommended.
