How many bedrooms/living areas are there and what kind of windows you have? Are they normal, colonial or federation style windows? Is access ok (can ladder reach second storey without obstructions from trees etc.).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Customers can save some money for themselves;  - if they hose off flyscreens the day before I come. (Generally all that is needed to clean)  - make sure windows are easily accessible. (Move furniture, curtains, blinds, etc.)  - Vacuum and/or wipe out window tracks.  If needed I can do any of the above, but it takes a lot more time, therefore costs you more $$$.

Generally, most jobs are charged by job rather than an hourly rate, so that if the job takes longer than expected you know how much it will cost up front and there is no surprises at the end of your job.

Specializing in commercial showrooms and offices, mainly 2-3 stories high but can reach up to 6-7 stories via high reach poles. Also specialize in residential properties of all sizes.
