I enjoyed the creative side of the web, so I enlisted in a web design course online, studying whilst working in corporate IT help desk support.

I am committed to getting exactly what the clients desires, I also give a deliverable timeline so that the client know the exact date of when these are to be delivered and a signed contract is agreed upon before commencement of the website.

I sit down with clients and discuss their ultimate website, we then break this into financially manageable projects, with agreeable deadlines and a service level agreement.  This ensures we set you up within your initial budget but have also allows us to see a vision and plan for the future.

I will need to know what their ides are for the site, any websites that they like.  I will also need to know what type of pages e.g. Photo's, Videos, youtube channel, calendar, upcoming events etc.

Have a concise idea of what they are after, determine the aspects of what they need in a website.  Photo's, Videos, Contact form, Webshop (including categories), generally a brainstorm of ideas.  Have all descriptions/information typed in word pad use word pad as its better for pasting into w webpage - so that I don't have to type these as this will add to the cost if I have to re-type.

I do a plan and pricing structure that is an agreed price. Therefore there is no hidden fees and you can therefore budget for future updates to your website. You also know what is due upon each deliverable.

I will do a quote of the breakdown of the project. The ensures you know the costing, there is no surprises and the client and provider knows where we each stand. I do a deliverables timeline for the project and this is written into a contract, with a 25% upfront deposit and amounts paid on each deliverable.
