  I was Legal aid funded. = piss poor communication until I made multiple complaints to legal aid about no response.

  This client is now on to his third legally aided lawyer we say because of his abusive and demanding demeanor. Our members of staff should not have to come to work daily to deal with being abused, not listened to, and generally poorly treated by state funded litigants who do not appreciate the free legal support they are getting.

  Andrew is the reason the family court is so messed up. He lies and manipulates and ruins good people's lives. I for one, will do everything in my power to make sure evil, greedy, manipulative lawyers like Andrew have little influence on the court system which is in absolute chaos at the moment. Lawyers like Andrew are ruining lives, children's lives for their own personal gain. It's disgusting behavior , I don't know how they sleep at night.

  Written by the other-side (using a false name) who had the opportunity to put their version in the parenting dispute but instead failed to appear in court, or reply, or explain why they stopped coming to court. His Honour giving our client (legally aided) full parental responsibility. This person has no self-responsibility, made life poor choices and that is why they have no orders for contact with their child. I am satisfied that the child in the case is safe from a parent who presents a risk. If this person wants to to see their child they should clean their life up and apply to the family court to seek different parenting orders and contact with their child. They will need to explain to the court why they just stopped turning up, failed to provide a drug test and failed to explain their disappearance. Instead of blaming a legally aided lawyer who just was representing a client seeking the safety of a child.
