  We chose Andrew's services because he was local. If price was an issue, we would have gone for the lower providers. Though the job was done(to early to say if job is good or not as with these things, a little time will tell), we are not really sure why the price moved from $165 as quoted to $187, considering that we are probably just about 2 or 3 streets away. Incidentally, we are even quite surprised that a simple job like changing washers for a tap(at least that's what we thought it was at the taps look the same but correct us if we are wrong) could cost more than $100 these days. Maybe cost of living has increased these days.
