My name is Anita and I was born in Zambia with Italian/Portuguese heritage. From birth to adulthood I suffered the effects of many health disorders. Taking health into my own hands I have qualified in Naturopathy - covering Nutrition, Acupuncture, Yoga, Ayurveda and more.
My pursuit of health has drawn me to Sri Lanka, Philippines and Sweden where I practised Postural Alignment and Naturopathy for many years.
I now live on the Gold Coast and her passion is to inspire, empower and transform others not only to good health but in lifestyle as well.
