  I used a couple of building inspection services previously but nothing comes close to Apex property inspections. Tim is extremely thorough and his report is detailed. Easily contactable when I had questions. He took great care and time in his work e.g, checking moisture levels on every corner of the house, giving more than 3 hours of his time for a lowset brick house,etc. His service gives me full confidence in the property transection as an interstate buyer. Highly recommended.
