Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
My interest is in satisfying my customers needs and I think it shows in my pricing. I am there to answer any questions and to do the best possible job. I will even send customers to my supplier to try and save them some money when doing a full bathroom renovation.
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
I am fully licensed in gas ,drainage and sewer work. I have a disconnect reconnect electrical licence. I can tile small jobs and do most jobs without the need to employ any other trades. I am qualified to test back-flow devices (RPZD) and install and test Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV).
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I am very good at vanity and toilet installs. I specialise hot water repairs and tap services. I also do water leaks in showers and bathrooms.

I am fully insured and guarantee all my work. I stand by my quality workmanship and the materials I use.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Its a good idea to remove all the things from under the sink or vanity. If its an under house job remove all the things in the way if possible. Remember its all about saving time which in turn will save you MONEY.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
I like as much detail as possible that way i'm able to price a job correctly. Photo's are a great way to get a proper quote.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
Do you have a licence and what is the number. What type of insurance do you have. Have you done this type of work before.
How do you normally charge for your service?
I charge either by per job or an hourly rate. I include a discount if there is more than one job to be done and seniors get a 10% discount.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I started late in life (38) becoming a plumber. I just found that I had a good work ethic and I enjoy dealing with people. I don't think like most people which makes me perfect for maintenance plumbing.

How can i pay for the work? - We accept most credit cards. Is your work guaranteed? - We issue you with an invoice with an ABN number and our work is 100% guaranteed. What if this happens again?- We come back free off charge.

I will always explain what im doing. I don't mind giving you some pointers for next time to save you money.
What do you like most about your job?
I've always liked helping people and i find in this line of work i can do the most good in society. I'm here to help and all my clients know they can rely on me to look after there plumbing.
