Arnold Property begun its trading name back in 2009, Previously before that Steve Arnold had a joint partnership within another real estate agency. He started his Real estate career back in 1986 because he had a strong interest in the industry and always had a passion to work for himself.

We are flexible with our services by offering 3 levels of property management services to select from. We will match any other competitors sales fee and can negotiate an advertising package to suit the individual clients needs.

We don't require any upfront charges. Our services are paid once we have secured a tenant for your property and collected their 2 week holding deposit. And for a sale, our fee's are payable at settlement. We deduct our fee's and advertising from the deposit held.
