• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I work with you from start to finish. From first consultation where we discuss ideas, fonts, colours etc, I look for the best printing deals to pass on to you. I don't like to print anything other than perfect, if I see a poor quality image, I will ask you for a high resolution file, or look for one myself. I work quickly and thoroughly to keep my clients happy and coming back for more personalised service.

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  I like to speak with the clients to get a good idea of what it is they are after. With printing and design, it all comes down to what you want and how much you want. If you want me to design a logo, do you have an idea of the colours, fonts or images that you would like to use to represent your brand? If you want business cards, do you know what colours you want, what information you want to put on it... front, back and how many you want printed? There are so many things to think about, and most people are overwhelmed by the information required, but I make it easier for them.
