Generally speaking, we need to view the property to give the most accurate price. There are many variables that alter the end outcome which include the size, layout, quality of finishes, location on street and aspect.

> Ensure your rental property is in a well-maintained condition > Have the property prepped for photography (if you're about to list for rent) > Make sure you've got your rates/ICON water and state revenue accounts all up to date

More often than not we achieve a better net outcome for our clients over other agents they've had quote for their service. It isn't necessarily the fee that is charged, more so the value for money you're actually receiving.

We charge on a % of rent collected basis plus other functions (eg advertising for lease) at the time of service.

Leasing and Property Management. They say it takes 10,000 hours to truly master something. I have dedicated over 20,000 hours to real estate; it is safe to say I know it backwards and forwards!

I started in the real estate industry a decade ago leasing in Brisbane’s competitive inner city. During this time I have worked on a multitude of property transactions spanning Residential and Retail Leasing, Property Sales, Property Management, Advisory and Project Marketing.
