I am Fully qualified and Insured, I cant be insured unless I keep my qualifications up and stay educated within the fitness industry. My Guarantee is that I will do everything I can while we are together and set things in place for you to do on your own to best get success.

Fitness has always been huge part of my life through sport and professional football. I love to exercise and train but I know the balance needed to live realistically.

I have a client i have been working with for 3 years now who was told he would never walk again after a virus attacked his spinal cord.  We catch up 3 x per week and he is now walking in a frame and doing strength work. His quality of life has improved along with his self esteem and confidence. He has very different goals and challenges than most looking for a Personal Trainer but we cater for everyone.

I like working with people seeing people start to believe in themselves by doing things they thought they could do.  Guiding people to a healthier lifestyle and seeing them transform physically as well as increasing their self confidence.
