I have worked with small business for 14 years and it still feels like the first day, I have had many great success and some disappointing failures but the reality to me is really not about whether you succeed or fail is about whether you tried and keep trying. This is success.

Normally charge on an hourly basis but also on a specific job basis.

What do you like most about your job?
My motivation comes in assisting people get the best out of themselves and watching things grow from an infant to something really special. I have learnt that there are literally thousands (Thousands) of ways to earn an income but to really create serious wealth, you first must love what you do.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
Life is unpredictable. I stated my working life in the commercial world. Worked for big Australian Companies like BHP, Brambles & Pacific Dunlop then one day the doors opened and I went out on my own taking the knowledge that I learnt in these big corporates and applied the skills to small business. Small Business is big business, just smaller.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Once a relationship is created I am there for the complete journey. I can be relied on in keeping confidentiality and I never give up in trying to find a solution to any problem.
