  Amazing, Dean went above and beyond, his findings were challenged by the seller who engaged a structural engineer. Dean stuck to his guns and back his original findings a 3rd and 4th independent structural engineer were brought in after much discussion it was agreed Deans original findings were correct and work to the value of around $17,000 was carried out prior to settlement. Where most would of put it in the too hard basket Dean was so confident in his findings and would not accept anything less than full rectification for us. As first home buyers we were so glad that our path guided us to Dean and Asset Protection Building Inspections. He really is a special person.

Inspection completed within 8 hours of initial contact. 3 major defects have been identified around the property, all problems were explained to the seller and an agreement to remedy put in place whilst inspector was still onsite, It made the whole thing a lot smoother than it could of been.
