Yes we are fully insured with the highest insurance policy which is Marine Cargo for $500,000.00 per truck load and Our Insurance is FREE to you instead of having to pay extra to cover your belongings.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My husband has been a furniture removalist for the past 25 years and couldnt believe how many bad companies there were out there. So we looked into it and decided we could offer a much service and quality to our community.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We have had a customer tell us about the most horrific removal story where prize possessions were broken and they didnt turn up on the day that was booked etc. To hire us for their next move, nothing broken and we turned up early on the day of the move. Now we have moved their family and friends 9 times.

We love being able to offer a service that is obviously required but with great quality. I love when we hear about horrific removal stories from customers and then they are ecstatic when they use us and nothing is broken and then we have return customers.

Firstly if they are insured? if they have customer testimonies that they can read? If they have an ABN or if they are a Pty Ltd company? If they have a website they can look at? How many trucks they have?

We hear about alot of breakages from past removals off customers and we like to guarantee that we have fully trained professionals that take care with your furniture as if it were their own.

We started this company purely for that reason. My husband has been a furniture removalist for the past 25 years and working with other companies he found that they were very unreliable and definitely not trust worthy so that is what we aimed to be the most important thing in our company.

We offer 3 men and a truck instead of 2 men as we believe this gets the job done quicker for you. Our customer service is second to none with all of our workers. Nothing is a problem, we go out of our way to help you. Our guys are trained to care for your furniture as if it was their own.

What there is to take. A list is great or we have a space calculator on our website. If there is any specialty items such as pianos or spas What the access is like at both sites. Size of walkways and doors, Driveway (over hanging branches etc).

Saving money is crucial. 3 tips to save money is: disassemble all beds, swing sets, trampolines etc. have everything packed in furniture boxes as it makes it easier to pack into the truck. tell us at the start exactly what you have to take and what the access is like at both addresses that way you have no hidden surprises.

We normally charge depot to depot as most companies but for Oneflare customers we would like to offer a one way travel. So you pay one way and we cover the other way.

We are not the cheapest in the area or industry but we are certainly not the dearest either. We have priced our services to what we believe is fair and affordable. Without compromising on our quality

Each job is individual so we work on an hourly rate as well as a fixed price quotes but included in our rate whether hourly or fixed is all Insurances, wrapping in double thick furniture pads and heavy duty plastics for protection and at least 3 men and a truck.

We do all relocations, House, Office but we also do specialty items such as Pianos and Spas. We also deliver new furniture for large stores such as Bing Lee, Joyce Mayne and Forty Winks.
