  I have received my nurse’s training from the Philippines, but in order to work in Australia, I needed to complete the IRON program at ACFE. After getting my registration with AHPRA, I decided to go through the Work Training Program for Nurses (WTPN) also at ACFE. This course is designed to enhance the skill-sets of overseas trained nurses after they complete the IRON course so that their chances of employment are further enhanced in Australia. Soon after I received a very lucrative job offer, working in a supervisory role in residential aged care settings. Thanks to ACFE for the support and excellent courses.

  That I am a registered nurse in Australia and drawing a fairly decent salary is because of the intensive hands-on and classroom training. I have received at ACFE. Fresh out of college, I enrolled in their Certificate III in Individual Support and after completing the program got a placement in an aged care facility and worked under supervision. After a year, I took up the Certificate IV in Aged Care to further my skill sets and knowledge. This helped me to work independently with a great deal of confidence. I plan to advance my career goals in future by completing the advanced courses offered by them.

  I had been working in a junior managerial position in a consultancy firm in Melbourne but three years into my job, I realised that I lacked the necessary skill to be promoted to my goal position. So, on a friend’s recommendation, I joined the Diploma of International Business at ACFE. Over a year, the course taught me a great deal about the industry and necessary managerial skills includingevaluating of case studies and submitting of reports. After completing the program, I switched jobs and joined a leading international trading company as an Export Customer Service Coordinator with higher pay and more increased responsibilities than my previous job.   I am a dental technician, and I owe my professional expertise in this field to the Diploma in Dental Technology of ACFE. The course is very comprehensive and covers in detail construction and repair of dentures, crowns, orthodontic appliances, bridges and other dental applications. A large part of this course is based on practical training and has given me the confidence to truly excel in this field. Presently, I am employed by a dental clinic in Melbourne but plan to branch out on my own soon. I thank ACFE for the excellent training that has helped me gain mastery in this field.
