All our artificial grass products come with a 7 year manufactueres warranty. We cover our workmanship with a 12 months warranty, which means we repair your grass for the first year if necessary.

What is the quality of the product? - Only use Australian made produce with an "Australian Made" label on the samples. 3. How experienced are the installers? - Experience is crucial when it comes to a perfect finish. 4. How realistic is the price? - Always get at least three quotes from different businesses to compare.

Where can artificial turf be laid? Our high quality synthetic lawn can be used on almost any surface. Existing lawn replacement, concrete, pavers, tiles, timber decking and asphalt are just some of the examples.   Does artificial lawn require maintenance? Our landscaping grass is truly maintenance free, you just need to remove debris and leaves to maintain and enjoy a beautiful garden for many years. Cleaning can be achieved with a brush or leaf blower. You never need to water, mow or roll, your garden just sits there and serves you!   How long will the installation take? This is dependent on many factors including the size of the area needing to be covered and the access to the site. Small jobs can be completed within a day.   Does synthetic grass allow water through? Yes, the grass is porous, holes in the backing allow free draining.   How long will artificial lawn last? Artificial grass in intensively used sports areas will last approximately 10 years. Up to twice this can be expected in a leisure environment.  Is artificial grass suitable for kids? Yes, we have surfaces that differ in pile height. The taller the pile the softer the lawn or you may choose a short pile surface for ball games. We also have surfaces that have a soft, smooth feel that do not burn the children if they slide. Tufted surfaces are good for children as the tuft acts like a shock pad which cushions a child's fall.   Is it pet friendly? Yes!! The grass has a strong latex backing. We also lightly sand the surface after installation to cover the backing and add further protection.   Does synthetic lawn fade? No, all our grasses are completely UV stable and do not fade.   Is the artificial grass guaranteed? Yes, all our products are backed by a 7 years manufacturer’s warranty.   Is artificial lawn environmentally friendly? Yes, Artificial Lawn does not need to be watered like real grass. Additionally chemical fertilisers and weed killers are not needed. Your carbon footprint will also be reduced without the weekly use of a lawnmower.   What areas of Sydney do you service? We service all of the Sydney metro area including the Hills district, North Sydney, South Sydney, Western Sydney and Eastern Sydney as well as the Blue Mountains, Illawarra and Wollongong.
