  We are insured for public liability but the best insurance is ongoing work assessments and worksite practices. After initially viewing the vehicle a discussion is had to outline the service that we will provide, the limitations, the expected result and the time frame. This way the customer knows what to expect including the price before any work is started. The final inspection with the customers after the job is an opportunity to deal with any issues before invoicing is finalised.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I worked in offices for many years prior to this but always wanted to produce tangible results. I have always done my own car servicing and repairs (limited) and have an interest in cars in general. Some people never grow up I suppose.
