According to the ABS in 2012 62.8% of people over the age of 18 in Australia were considered to be overweight or obese. Avalon Training helps people to be on the other side of that statistic. Main offering At Avalon Training, we offer personalized out door personal training sessions to people of all age and athletic ability. We do this by matching you up with one of our fully qualified and energic personal trainers. After you contact the trainer and set a date and time they will meet you in Belconnen and set up equipment for your session. This trainer will then assess your strengths and weakness and make personal training plans based on this assessment. Nutrition advice will also be provided at no extra charge because a large part of being in shape is your diet. Location Our current personal training location is at John Knight Memorial Park in Belconnen. This location provides vast amounts of open shape to train on with beautiful views. There is also free parking and toilet facilities close by. Weather Since we operate outside we are at the mercy of mother nature. If it does rain on the day of our training we will either rebook the session or give you back a full refund. Pricing Our pricing is 35$ for a standard 45-minute session. There are no sign-up fees or membership plans. It is strictly a pay as you go service.The sessions include a personalized outdoor training session with our equipment. We will also include a free take home exercise plan so that you can continue to achieve your fitness goals even with out us. If you want to bring a friend it’s just an extra 10$ per person!
