Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

If you're not happy I'd always want to know - but I have never had anyone tell me they weren't happy yet - I do not need insurance but DO want happy clients! And I'd give a discount to any customer who recommends me to someone else.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I am a born artist but I didn't want to be a cliched POOR artist so this was a natural idea. I love being commercial and creative.

Gaining new customers is always a highlight for me so that would be my general comment on that, and I go out of my way to win a customer. I generally find they then are very loyal as my service and rates are so good.

Can I talk to you about my job first to ensure we understand each other and what I need to make the job smooth/cheaper/suitable for me. All jobs are so different. You can't expect to get a quote on something visual without discussing the job first. It's just not reasonable.

Can you do it yesterday please? No, but I can get onto it ASAP for you - we try to always help even if it's a tight deadline, although jobs are often better the more time you can spend on them.

know what they want - not just what they don't want potentially have a look around at other similar jobs they've seen to get some ideas have all their content figured out (the less I have to do to organise the job, the better as this saves time and time is money)

I offer advertising agency and marketing type solutions at nowhere near the cost. This means small businesses CAN afford good advertising!

$40-80 per hour but I'd prefer to quote on a job or talk about costs first with a client as there is always an affordable way of doing what the client wants without too many compromises.

All graphics, photo retouching is a speciality and digital imaging. I am a photoshop expert with over 20 years image manipulation having worked with some very high profile companies.

I never let clients down. I call, visit, meet and deliver work when I say I will. I do not miss deadlines and always try to give the client options they can afford. All people can afford good advertising. I am also a FABULOUSB photo retoucher and illlustrator.
