My business is fully insured. My work is guaranteed to be food safe. My hand crafted glass pieces are fully fuctional & hand washing is recommended of all glass ware.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Being in the artistic industry of sign writing for 29 years, about 10 years ago I decided that I needed to learn other artist skills for the time when I could no longer climb ladders. Glass has been a passion of mine for many years, so after teaching at A local TAFE collge I decided to set up my home studio to teach & creat my glass pieces.

A young couple from Marian in Queensland contacted me wanting individually hand crafted bonboniere bowls for their wedding. Colour samples, designs and quantities were chosen. They had almost left it to the last minute to organise it with only 5 weeks to the wedding.  Azure Glass was able to produce an amazing 40 handcrafted, baby pink bowls, all individually engraved, ready for the bride & groom to place sugared almond bays into them as wedding thankyou's to all their guests, and we came in on budget.

Working with individal designers, co-ordinators & the bride & groom in choosing colours design options and making glass come to life in their unique glass pieces.

The most common question is the cost of producing hand crafted individually made glass plates, bowls and platters. Depending on the size and some colours the cost of handcrafting a glass piece that is only unique for you & your wedding guests can set you apart from the everyday mainstream of personalised gifts.

I hand craft beautiful & personalised glass. From small plates & bowls to large gift registry masterpieces. My glasswork is unique, working close with the wedding co-ordinator, bride etc to caputure the exact colours & design to be used in the bonbonniere.  Individually handcrafted pieces. so no two pieces are ever the same, small or large quantities, with a budget to suit everyone. Have a clear idea of colours, quantities & time frame which to be completed in. Design ideas & samples can be sent by mail. Have an idea of their budget.

Order 40 or more wedding bonboniere bowls, approximate size will depend on sqaure or round finish of 120mm,(12cm) and I will make the bridal parties bonboniere's for free. (free limit of 4 items).

My price is very competetive for hand crafted glass art. Anyone can buy imported & mass produced pieces, but it's not everyday you get married. You want it to be personalised, individual & of course the memories will last forever. as will my glass pieces.

No charge for the colour samples or consultation of initial design work. Your budget will be a guide as to the style & quantity of the glass items.
