  Brendan is a great PT, full of knowledge and ideas to make training fun. He comes up with unique exercises modified to your skill level so that training is never boring and no fancy equipment necessary to achieve your fitness goals. He's always available for weekly checks ins, video excerise demonstrations and at hand to respond to questions or messages when needed. My fitness journey with Brendan was a great experience and would highly recommend him.

  I’ve had Brendan as a PT for well over a year, I’m pushing 50 yrs old and I have to say that I feel more fit than when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. I’ve suffered from lower back pain since 2003 and since hiring Brendan I’ve not had any pain in my back, he’s assisted me in strengthening that area and as a result I’m much more mobile and active. Aside from his wealth of knowledge as a PT he has a firm understanding of physio , yoga, stretching and has been able to push me through the limitations I built up in my own mind and as a result I’m looking and feeling like a new person. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to transform their body and mind to reach out to Brendan and start sessions today. All that aside he is a very nice, friendly and respectful guy. I do 3 sessions weekly and he keeps me in check, follows up after hours, makes sure I’m eating correctly. I’ve reached personal bests on the bench press, increased my strength ten fold, flexibility is at its best it’s ever been, he takes time to do stretches after the session which has been extremely beneficial for my back especially.
