Clients are charged by the hour, there is no minimum charge. Clients are only charge for time it takes for the Accounting and Administration work to be complete. The client has the same person every time.

In order to save money:
1. Make sure your paperwork is tidy and ready to be handed over.
2. Confirm what software that you are currently using.
3. Where possible have you invoices and receipts on electronic format.
4. For the first time be available for any questions.
5. Set up / be setting up bank feeds, cuts down on data entry time.

We pride ourselves in our open book policy with customers, meaning that we are happy to go through and show the customer what we have done as and when they would like to see. What do you like most about your job?
I love meeting and dealing with different people. I love the satisfacttion of everything working out right. Most of all I really enjoy working with numbers, it just makes sense to me.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I got into this area of work by pure chance, I started work in an accounts deaprtment in a temporary capacity and found that I loved the work and continued to work in the area every since.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
I get a lot of business owners who are not sure exactly how a bookkeeper differs from a BAS Agent, I have an explanation sheet that explains it in full and I go through this with them.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
In order to provide an accurate quote we need the following information:
1. How big is the business, how many employees do they have?
2. What tasks are required? Such as running payroll and its frequency, making payments, issuing invoices, entering in purchases, reconciling accounts, chasing up debtors
3. The frequency of the services? i.e. Weekly, Monthly etc
4. Is the services required on-site or off-site
