Back2fit is a small Personal Training Studio/Gym operating out of factory type premises and offers Gym memberships, Group Fitness memberships and 1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training. Back2Fit caters for all ages and fitness levels from juniors to seniors and everyone in between. Whether your goal is to lose weight, improve your athletic ability for your chosen sport, improve your general health and wellbeing, to pass a vocational fitness test or to mix with a great group of people and have fun! Back2Fit offers a more personal fitness experience, we have a team of experienced Personal Trainers who are there in the gym with you at all times. A daily workout of the day is written for all gym users, so you are never completing the same exercise routine two days in a row. This is how we get you results and we are there to assist, correct and motivate. Slugging it out in the gym, not for you? Each day Back2Fit offers 5 to 6 timetabled group fitness sessions, offering everything from Mat Pilates, Junior Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Cardio/Core to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Metafit. Suitable for a range of fitness levels, group sessions are capped to ensure that the trainer can assist each and every person so that they get the most out of the session. Back2Fit offers affordable 1:1 or 1:2 Personal Training sessions with one of our experienced trainers. Each trainer has completed different certifications, has different backgrounds and specialities so no matter what your goal or your budget the team at Back2Fit can help you get there.
