Lots of detail about the job, for example a leaking pipe we need to know what type of pipe it is copper , plastic or from a waste pipe all these little details makes it a lot easier to give a very accurate quote so that there is no surprises

Good preparation, by giving the most accurate details about the job so we can arrive prepared and not have to waste time or money to go to the shops to get the correct materials. Clean up the area where we will be required to do the work as this will make the job a lot quicker in turn saving money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

At Baldivis plumbing we usually charge at a hourly rate + materials , but in the case of bigger jobs we sometimes give a fixed price. At the completion of each job / stage of a job we require payment to be maid in full we accept cash , credit card or eftpos payments .
