We provide a Professional Pet Sitting service and yes our business is Insured. Owner started pet sitting in 1994 privately. We are now open to the public.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have had a passion for animals my entire life, I don't remember a time when I haven't owned a pet. I have been looking after friends pets privately since 1994, and thought I would extend this to the public.

What do you like most about your job?

I get to meet your fur family members and they become a part of my family whilst they are with me. I love it when my favourites came back for another holiday. Some clients book their entire years holidays with me at once, so I might see them four or more so times a year.

Ask are they professional pet sitters, do they have insurance, do they require their clients pets to be vaccinated, free from parasites such as fleas, ticks mites etc.

Q: Do we have cages or rooms for cat boarding? A: We have walk in rooms with a lounge area, for free play time, and a secured outdoor garden playground. Q: How big are our rabbit, guinea pig enclosures?  A: Our enclosures are so big and comfy my guests don't want to leave, one of these is about 3.7metres x 2.5 metres in size, the concrete floor makes it predator proof and cooler in summer, and is suitable for sleeping in overnight, we line the floors and beds with straw, there is also a secure outside grassed area for day time play. Inspections welcome by appointment. Q: How much time will my dog get to play outside? A: As much as he / she likes no rules here, access to inside and outside all day, sleep inside on cosy beds of a night. We have outdoor beds as well for lazing in the sun. Q: can dogs cool off if it gets hot? A: Yes we have a splash pool and air conditioning inside.

We are professional, Insured, owner lives on site, we provide lots of cuddles and playtime, we genuinely care about your pets. Although a friend, neighbour or amateur pet sitter may have good intentions they may not take full precautions or be aware of an illness or injury.

Are your pets up to date with vaccinations, when where they last vaccinated? when are they due? are they de-sexed, are they in good health?

We are very fair as far as pricing is concerned, we are in line with other local businesses.  We also may offer some extra services and offer a more personal homely environment making us value for your money and less stressful for you and your fur babies.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge a per pet per night fee, however we offer discounts for multiple pets and also long term stays. Payments by cash on arrival or direct deposit to be cleared prior to arrival.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I have great success with pets that suffer from anxiety. And specialise in cats rabbits and guinea pigs, and focus on making your pet as happy and comfortable and stress free as possible.

I am a Cert IV Veterinary Nurse and have 20 years experience pet minding. I will love and care for your companion as you would expect.
