• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  Q: What brand are the products you use and are they durable? A: I only use high quality professional products such as, Kryolan, Paintbox, Napolean, Naked Tan. Yes, hair & makeup will last all day and night for your special occasion. I would recommend getting your spray tan 2 days before your special occasion, you spray tan will last between 5-10 days depending on how well you take care of it (moisturise daily). Q: How long does it take to do hair and makeup per person? A: I always allow extra time for each of my clients to compensate for any hiccups that may arise. I ensure there is no rush and that you are 100% happy with your look. I estimate between 1 1/2- 2 hours per person for hair up do's and makeup application. In saying that, for bridal or group bookings I do have an assistant so this time may vary. Q: Do you travel and how far? A: Yes, I travel VIC wide and a travel fee may apply depending on your location.
