How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After operating a small business in accounts / bookkeeping and GST from home I wanted to be able to offer additional services to my clients so undertook further study in accounting and taxation.

How do i stop the tax man from harrassing me? - I will help you get your tax affairs in order by promptly processing and submitting any overdue activity statements and / or other lodgements. I will liaise with ATO and set up a payment plan if there are overdue accounts.

Your work will be processed by the business owner. Diane B take a hands on approach to all her clients - your books wont be handed over to a junior member of staff in the back office to do the work and then be charged heavy rates. We proudly operate with integrity and reliability.

We offer a friendly tailored approach to all your accounting needs. From bookkeeping to bas / ias preparation and lodgement all the way thru to tax return preparation for individuals, businesses and companies etc. including financial report preparation. We can do as little or as much as you want.

Current bookkeeping system used (if any). Number of employees, current entity structure. Volume of paperwork to be processed. When was last bank reconciliation done?

Have your business bank statements in pdf or paper format. Consider using smart phone apps to record ad-hoc purchases - this can save hours of manual data entry

My rate is based on the usual charge for a bookkeeper however you have the advantage of having a tax agent prepare your records and assist in managing your tax affairs as a 'value-add'. For tax return preparation our fees are very competative

I charge hourly rates that are very reasonable. The rate varies and depends upon the degree of difficulty or complexity in the workload

I specialise in small to medium enterprises - Sole Traders to Companies and Start ups. Current clients range from IT firms to Cafe's, medical operators, primary producers to name a few

Having worked in the accounting arena for 15 + years, I upgraded my education to complete AdvDip Accounting and became a Registered Tax Agent, Fellow NTAA, Xero partner, MYOB partner. I have over 15 years experience using MYOB.
