Hamish arrives when he says he will, his availability has always been excellent and he is very personable. As well, he has been most obliging when the work was tricky or if my needs were a little fussy! And his prices are very reasonable. He also uses low VOC (low toxicity paints) which is really important. I highly recommend Hamish and his business to anyone requiring a small or large painting job.G W

I run tourist accommodation (6 cottages and 3 houses) in Tweed Shire and Hamish Best has been my preferred painter since 2002. He has wallpapered walls, sponge painted here and is up-to-date with the latest products. He is thorough - cleans surface properly, protects furniture, willing and capable in doing other necessary work required before painting - replacing rotten boards and so on, and cleans up when finished. I am confident in referring him to others whether it is for a commercial or residential painting job.
