I confirmed with this tiler around four times to ensure that my tiling job would be completed on the day I needed it done. He repeatedly assured me he would be here. When the time he said he'd arrive had lapsed, I sent a message to ask when I could expect him he let me know that he wasn't coming. He was apologetic, I'll give him that, but given how much I had emphasised the importance of getting the job done on the day it was booked and how many times I confirmed, it was really annoying.

Hi Sarah, Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it to your job on that day due to myself being let down by another Tradie. I always try my best to meet time frames and deadlines. Although delays did happen on that day and I couldn't make it. Im sorry.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job laying outdoor blue stone around my pool and entertaining area. Turned up on time, did a great job and a fair price. Its hard to find trades with these 3 simple qualities but it was no problem for Jay. Thanks again

Jay did a great job on laying new ceranic tiles for my elderley mother's home on the Central Coast. Reasonably priced, completed the job quickly and left the site clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Jay to anyone needing tiling services in the area.
