  Really dissapointed with the after-services of this business. During the relocation numerous items of furniture were damaged, including my 55” HD TV. Three Big Men arrived and loaded my entire 3 bedroom house in less than 1 hour, so little care was taken on the most fragile items. While the damages were small in nature, like tears on two out of three leather couches, 3 dinning chairs, dinning table, mattress and the TV; the pre-paid insurance has not been honoured. At the time of sign off I only accounted for three items, but as I arranged the furniture, I noticed all the other damages caused by the removalist. It’s been 3 1/2 weeks since I reported the damages trying to get their insurance to action the claims. All communication has been unsuccessful (they never pick up the phone), with petty excuses that they will get back to me at a time convenient to them. Fortunately I have sms evidence of my communication with them, in case the ACCC calls for it. I DO NOT recommend this business, they work hurriedly with little care for valuable items, and their customer service is none existent. They deserve less than 1 star.

  Thanks for the best moving experience I have had guys! Fantastic customer service from the initial quote through to actual moving day. The lads have done an amazing job and nothing was too much trouble for them. I can't recommend them highly enough and they will be the only removalists I use in the future. Thanks again team.

  Our Boys are fast, safe and efficient and you will see that on moving day. Most removalist can't or won't do Balcony lifts, or Piano, pool table, spa, large fish tanks through awkward access or stairs we can be curtain we not only can move it but without damage.

  we have over 10yrs Experience, all our staff are Accredited Operators. Trained in moving large heavy items such as Piano/ Pool table, Spa, Large fish tanks balcony lifts etc.
