They dropped two of my cabinets. They didn’t wrap the cabinets so when they lifted it, the draws fell loose and smashed to the ground with the cabinets. At the end, they tried to charge me $150 extra for stairs and asked that I pay them direct by PayID. I felt they tried to pocket the extra cash, as the company advertised it as free with no extra hidden costs. Please be cautious!22 Dec 2025

Totally regret using this company !! 110 % would NOT reccomend!! They Arrived 7 hours late; then only moved half the house because they ran out of time. Told Us they were coming back tomorrow, took our payment and left ... we called to Confirm what time the removalist would be arriving the next day only to be told nothing has been booked and no one will be coming as they are fully booked. This left us in such a state !! - 7 hours late - poor communication - Only did half the job - 2 guys refused to lift the fridge stating 4 man job - only brought across half the bed frame - lied about having re booked for the next day - left us incredibly stressed as we now had the rest of the house to move on incredibly short notice. Thankfully we found an amazing guy on airtasker that came the next day, 2 men managed to lift the fridge your guys couldn't, they were on time and efficient. Night and day to the poor service you provided.18 Dec 2025
