  Had the worst experience. - damaged items. - not prepared. - hung up on. - items held hostage on truck (i refused to pay entire bill after seeing the damaged items) - was blamed for their lost job. - zero accountability . - called 15 or so tines when I was driving I eventually got a discount after they added on 2 hours of labour which was nice but I had to fight tooth a d nail for it. I was also told the scratches were fingerprints and that mt tv was fine even though it clearly was not fine Looking at their responses to feedback on poorly executed moves reflects exactly how the speak to you on the phone when you try to tell them what is going on.

  Harry and Happy were amazing and did a very good service. They arrive on time and did every thing very smoothy, carefully and made the move easier. They made the entire process stress-free. I appreciate their hardwork and would highly recommend them to anyone needing Reliable movers. I'm really thankful of them.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. So much DAMAGE to my FURNITURE it's ridiculous and after weeks of me trying to contact them about the damage through emails and phone calls I still have not had a resolution. I have given them ample time to fix this situation being a fair and reasonable person, but they have now left me no choice but to expose them so no one else has to deal with what I did. As if moving is not stressful enough. Dented fridge, damaged tv unit, scratches down every single one of my furniture items and furniture literally just thrown into the storage unit with no care taken. I gave them a cover for my couch, they said they would use their own, which they didn't, so my white couch was left in the unit exposed which I then needed to get steam cleaned. They left my washing machine hose behind so I could not connect my machine and then had to call out a technician to replace the hose costing me another $100. I was also asked personal questions, just like another reviewer, about whether I had a partner or not. This is their in to slow down and take advantage of you and whatever other dodgy shenanigans they have in store for you, including damaging your stuff. DO NOT USE I am not sure how they have 4.7 stars as this was NOT my experience. They don't use their own trained movers they use contractors. The guys that turned up at my house the truck said "Poonjabi Movers" Not Big Stuff Movers. Use at your own peril. Beyond disappointed and extremely upset about the damage to my furniture. ***EDIT*** Ok so you have replied here, BUT what are you going to do about it? This is not professional, you are trying to save face through social media to "look like you are handling it" and I am still waiting for a phone call and a resolution!!!

  Harry and Happy were excellent throughout the exercise. Very careful under demanding negotiation with very tight spaces and floor level difference. Getting down those stairs a major achievement Highly recommended John
