I recently used their service after making a advertisment on oneflare. I got quotes from many companies but as they consistently sent me reminders I chose to go with this company. In the quote sent prices were mentioned as $139 per hour with no mention of GST. I had other quotes of lesser amounts from other companies mentioning excluding GST in bracket after price. Conveniently in their terms and conditions in small fine print it was mentioned GST extra after I called the customer service. Also card payment fee of almost $18 was quite excessive. The movers were fine however moved at snail's pace as if to spend the most time to complete the job. Overall with GST and half hour callout fee it was very expensive and would not recommend them to anyone.31 Mar 2026
