I started to offer my technical support service for my family and friends while I was an IT student. Thorough my jobs, I realized my preference and suitability to be a freelance IT professional.

I love to work with computers and networking devices but most importantly, I love to resolve any type of technical difficulties for customers.

I am a highly qualified and experienced IT tec with a great passion for technologies, willing to fix any kind of technical difficulties for customers. I respect clients' privacy and confidentiality when dealing with clients computers.

What makes your pricing competitive?

My service rate is $50 per hour for onsite-visiting (excluding call-out fees), and No Fix No Fees guaranteed.  I also can be flexible for customers who have tight budgets.   I strongly recommend customers bring their PCs to me by themselves to receive the most reasonable PC repairing.  As a qualified and experienced IT tec, my fees are very competitive and worth trying.

How do you normally charge for your service?

My on-site computer and network support service is charged at AU$50 per hour plus call-out fees. After an initial hour, costs are charged in 15 minute intervals. Call-out fees vary depending on the distance I am travelling:  Zone1（within 30KM) AUD$40.00,   Zone2（30KM - 50KM) AUD$60.00,   Zone3（over 50KM) AUD$90.00. If customers bring their computer to me by themselves, service costs are charged according to tasks performed, plus no call-out fees. This is very reasonable if jobs are time-consuming.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I completed various IT courses at TAFE in Western Australia, which included hardware, networking and programming. After completing a diploma in network engineering and a diploma in website development, I completed a university course with a major in computer and network security. In 2009, I achieved a graduate diploma in computer and network security and, the following year, I achieved a master’s degree in digital forensics.  I have more than eight year hands-on experience in front line IT support. I undertake all work by myself, including assembling PCs, configuring network, various troubleshooting, data recovery, website creation and security optimization.
