I had a problem with these guys dropping the bin in the arvo and picking it up in the morning of the 7th day. I had only 1/4 filled the bin at that point and they took it away and then when I called they said they had already tipped it and couldn't bring it back. After some not very nice time on the phone and speaking to a manager who told me to "put it on Facebook" and was a real smart @&#^$ with me he agreed to do another bin at a discounted price. Apparently a big part of the cost of these services is in the transport so if you're going to need the bin longer let them know because it can be a costly exercise to have another bin rather than spend some extra money on another day of hire. Other than the rather poor customer service I received they delivered on the preferred day and picked up on the day they said they would. I just would have expected it to happen at around the same time of day!Cath W

Excellent service from easy to access information on the webpage, organising date/delivery of skip, and picking up afterwards. We didn't have to deal with Council as Bins Skips did everything required. Very happy with the whole process and would definitely use again and recommend to anyone thinking of using them.01 Nov 2015
