  Teresa is extremely easy to work with, flexible. I got all the info up front about what was available, prices etc and then come the day of the event everything went smoothly. Teresa arrived on the dot, set out the food and drinks. Came back to replenish an hour later as requested and then cleaned up at the end. Food was delicious. We had 3 savoury finger foods (sweet potato fritters, rice paper rolls, tofu sushi), 2 sweets (choc brownies n date/nut slices) and the fruit platters were like a fruit lovers fantasy. All vegan and gluten free! Make sure you have some takeaway containers for the leftovers. We had heaps (overordered) and it did not go to waste. I was nervous using Blue Sorrento because this was an important event and it was an unknown but could not be happier.

  Good food and friendly, helpful consultation to plan for the event. Given this was a wake you can understand there was not a lot of time and we were in a rather stressful situation. Would recommend Teresa's business, Blue Sorrento. The menu was very suitable and provided a slightly broader range than other caterers in terms of a "drop off" menu. Guests commented on how much they enjoyed the dishes and appreciated the gluten free items. My personal favorites were the "jamon, fig & rocket tartlets; and chicken, green mango, chilli and cucumber vietnamese rolls". The quantities we ordered, after consultation with Teresa, certainly seemed to satisfy the people who attended and would have catered for a few more which is certainly preferable.
