How do you normally charge for your service?
We do have an hourly rate but price each job as a set price - the price we quote you will be 'all-in'... no hidden extras later. We also give special pricing if you order several products at once i.e Logo design, Business card design and print.
What makes your pricing competitive?
We source 'Trade Prices' from our suppliers and pass that saving on to you. Give us a try - we are confident our print prices cannot be beaten (must be same quantity, stock etc). We can print digitally for those on a tight budget.
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in 'Soft Signage' ... that is, any flying or hanging banners, whether fabric or vinyl for outdoor use or we can supply Retractable / Pull Up banners for inside signage suitable for trade shows. Corflutes, A-Frames, custom die-cut stickers etc is 'soft signage' or 'Portable advertising'

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
Please add as much detail to your quote as possible.
• The more details you can provide, the better we can tailor the quote to suit you.
• A rough idea of your budget
• Quantity of printing - we need a figure, 100? 1,000? 10,000?
• If you are looking for a new logo - what kind of style logo do you like, state some examples of famous logos you like, or Cartoon style, wording only, graphic plus wording etc etc
As this all helps and with extra info from you, hopefully we can give you a better price!
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
For any printing quotes we need to know the following:
Size - A4, A5, DL, tri-fold DL etc
Sides - Do you want printing on front only or both sides?
Special finishes - rounded corners, hole punching, lamination, foil embossing etc all cost extra so let us know now so we can quote correctly
Quantity - We need to know how many you want/need. The higher the quantity, the better value it is per unit. Lower quantities (500 or less) will be digitally printed. Higher quantities will be Offset printed. We are happy to quote for 2 quantities so you can gauge the difference in price.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Design Work - we will guarantee you are happy with the finished results!
Print work - Any faulty printing/errors caused during the printing process will be replaced.
