Do you give a quote as is it a detailed quote?  Bob de Groot Painting Services do give a no free obligation quote and states all areas of painting as requested by the client, preparation required, Coatings required and type of paint to be used -  comply to AS2311:2009

A Tax Invoice is issued at the completion of a job but in the case of a larger contract  progress payments are required and a Tax invoice will be issued for each progress payment. All Tax Invoices to be paid within in 7 days
