How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Make that commitment and be prepared to work hard at learning and becoming better at your trade. Time must be spent to serve your apprenticeship. It doesn't matter how well you think you train, your knowledge must improve and this takes time.

Helping people to identify and achieve their strength, fitness, sporting and lifestyle potential. Believe me, in most if not all cases, potential vastly exceeds expectations, when training is provided by the right person.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

What are your Qualifications? They must be at least Cert IV (Fitness) or they are not recognised as a qualified Personal Trainer. How much experience do you have? If less than five years, reject them. Chances are they have got their qualifications as part of a Cert III and Cert IV bundle over a twelve week period. Would you allow someone who has completed a twelve week electrical course re-wire you house??

Q. How can I get rid of this winter fat? A. Don't eat winter food. Q. Can I get fit for summer?  A. Fitness is not a summer pass time, you must strive for fitness, through lifestyle changes/objectives all year round. Q. Oh, but isn't that a bit too much to ask/expect? Your commitment is to lifestyle, and if you want it badly enough, nothing is too much to ask/expect.
