  After 12 months of trying to lose weight on my own, I was stuck not knowing what to try next. I even joined a gym, training 3-4 times per week, only to realise my weight stayed the same. I got a little fitter, but that was it. I even tried dieting, but as soon as I never saw results as quickly as I wanted, my motivation plummeted. I seriously thought I was destined to be the size I was. Nothing worked. I was introduced to Andi through a friend of mine who was training with her and was getting amazing results. I was sceptical at the start, but when I saw the kind of results she was getting with her clients, I knew I had to try her. It’s now been just over our initial 15 weeks and I lost 20cm around my waist, went from 89kg to 78kg and my emotional well being and outlook on life is out of this world. I also noted that most of her clients experience and talk about how much of a positive mindset they have after training with Andi. I would recommend Andi to anyone wanting to lose weight and totally change their body and life. She knows how to get the job done in a professional and fun manner.   Yes, we are insured and all personal training comes with a guarantee that you will get results by the end of our minimum training agreement. If results are not achieved, you'll get your money back.
