How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started concentrating on my own fitness and physique 10 years ago. I realised the joy it brought to me after I had achieved my desired results so I decided to pursuer a career in personal training to pass this on to others and make a difference.

I had a client I use to train a few years back and she suffered from binge eating and had become quite depressed.  She started training with me and 8 months later she had lost over 23 kgs and was running and working out each week and she said it was all thanks to me that she had more love for her life and loads more confidence.  She had to buy a complete new wardrobe and she loved going out with her husband again.

I love making a difference in people's lives and I love helping people achieve the body that they desire not only for their self esteem but also so they can be more productive in their lives.

A customer should ask a personal trainer if they are registered and insured so they are a qualified and certified trainer.  They should also ask what advice you can give them to achieve the best result.

How long will it take for me to see results? 3 weeks Can I loose 5 kgs in a few months? Absolutely! How often do I have to exercise per week? 3-5 times a week depending on the person

I have had years of industry experience, I also know what its like to be out of shape and unhappy with my body.  I turned my life around and now I wish to do the same for others. Its more about client satisfaction for me, rather than money.

I will need to know the location of the sessions.  Whether they prefer indoor or outdoor and what their goals are. Thats really all we need and I can go from there.

A customer can save money by brining a buddy and splitting the cost with a friend or partner. You can also opt for a shorter session and start your warm up before I arrive.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our prices are extremely affordable and we charge per one on one session or group sessions. A one on one sessions starts at $45 and group sessions start at $20.  The first session and health assessment is free.

I specialise in but am not limited too weightless and resistance training. In particular, cardio based training, weightloss and muscle toning.

I am fully equipped with my fitness certificates.  I hold a current first aid certificate and I'm insured and registered with fitness australia. I have had over 11 years industry experience.
