Fantastic family run gym that differs from all the rest. Friendly, helpful and informative staff and various equipment. Also has a number of group classes including Karate.

I lacked confidence and finally built up the courage to walk inside a gym. Totally grateful to walk into Bodysmith and feel so welcome and encouraged by Rachel. I'm slowly stepping out of my comfort zone and enjoying every minute of it. The gym has so much variety and everyone is so friendly.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
The owner has a bachelor of physiotherapy, and our #1 trainer has a certificate IV in fitness. She excels at strength and conditioning, and has a number of specific specialty areas, including core strength, peak fitness, weight loss and muscle building!
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise in making people healthy. Sometimes people focus on looking good, without understanding that a fit and healthy body is attractive. Give us a chance to fix your pain, get you aligned and get you healthy, and you will feel the improved confidence and performance that goes with it!
How do you normally charge for your service?
Payment is by the training session - fees are dependent on the commitment period and number of sessions. We tailor the personal training program to suit your needs and the period of time it will take to get your goals met!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Before you begin training, we need to know your current fitness level and where you want to be. We also need to know your injury history and any other relevant health conditions that may affect your training.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured! We guarantee that you will get fitness and strength results from working with us, however as weight loss is dependent on what you put in 24/7, we don't guarantee it - but if you follow our nutrition program and keep up the training, you will definitely get results!
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
We are an owner operated gym and we take our reputation very seriously. You will see from our Facebook page that we have a very loyal following of people who are passionate about getting great, personal service from people who actually care. We will text you if you don't show to gym!

Can I lose weight without cutting out calories?

What do you like most about your job?
We love seeing the transformations in people, in confidence and body shape! We love seeing people become comfortable training themselves to a program and feeling happy and comfortable in the gym!
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Trudy came to us through OneFlare and had ongoing low back pain problems. She trained at home but wasn't seeing the results she wanted. From spending time training with us, she learned how important it is to have a strong back and how to work it safely and correctly, and now her pain is gone!
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
We love health and wellbeing, as well as teaching others what we know about exercise and wellness. It is our goal to make the Noarlunga area more healthy and fit!
