  Wow! I have been coming to see Alysia for weight loss and heavy periods. The food plan is easy to follow and so far I have lost 5kgs, 6cm around my waist and I have lots more energy. My periods are lighter and no more pain. Thanks Alysia for your incredible help. I feel like a new person!
