As you can see from my profile I am fully insured. Realistic weight loss goals come with a guarantee from following the program completely. Unfortunately muscle gain is a lot more dependant on body types and genetics to give a guaranteed time frame.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been playing sport since I was 4 years old and always held a passion for it. After my studies at school it was the obvious step in my life. I wanted to be able to help and show people the feeling I have when exercising as well as educating them on a sustainable lifestyle.

Probably one of my female clients at the moment. She has been with me for over a year. Seeing her before and after photos is just amazing. She honestly is a new person both visually and mentally. All though she still enjoys the occasional cheat meal, she makes up for it ten fold.

Trying to be more active and getting in a routine is always going to help. Going for walks or jogs everyday. Trying to make smart decisions with your food and not skip meals if you can help it. Any step towards a routine will only make things easier and in the long run save money.
