  Good communication but original blinds didn't fit after new windows and frame were installed. Got given alot of excuses as to why they didn't fit. Wasn't warned abt it beforehand and so hadn't budgeted time or money to have blinds replaced after spending alot on having windows replaced. Smsed Adrian and got no offers or suggestions to rectify the situation. Very disappointed with after-service

  Hi Lily I explained clearly to your husband when I measured the windows he asked me about putting blinds back up and I told him that the windows will be made 10mm smaller height and width because existing windows have been bricked in and it’s physically impossible to make same size . He replied with that’s fine we will replace blinds ! The quote clearly showed the window replacement sizes and specifically mentioned that they would not fit Jensen the reason I didn’t fit them back . No sorry have no offer to rectify the situation not to be rude but that’s your problem. Thank you Adrian Bonnici Glass & Aluminum
