      Job Description: Im looking for a carpenter/builder to close an existing internal doorway and create a new doorway in a different location within my apartment. The building was constructed around 1970, so the wall may be masonry, and Im unsure if it is structural. Id like this assessed and advised as part of the quote (including whether an engineer is required). Scope includes removing the existing door and frame, infilling the old opening, creating the new opening, and making good to walls/trim. Door supply can be discussed - ideally we could use the existing door. I can provide photos of the current condition and a before/after layout screenshot.
