Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we are insured for 20 million dollars. We give a guarantee of 3 years of all our small works and 5 years on all our large scale projects.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I used to work on projects for the Department of education that ranged from 5 to 40 million which I established professional experience where I then developed Proliferate Constructions Pty Ltd that provides Quality and Assurance.

Yes, Victor a client from Switzerland which did not know many people in Sydney.   He was unsure who to choose for his new office fitout in Rosebery. Many builders and office fitout companies to choose from in Sydney as he took time to compare quotations. Proliferate Constructions was selected.

Are the builders insured ?   What previous projects have they completed ?  Ask for references?   Were they on time and did they explain all works to the best of ability that they could or did they just throw you a quotation and leave?

How can I know what my budget is? Depending on the material, low or high end of products we can usually ensure to meet any of our clients budgets.  How long will it take ? Anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the scale of the project.

1. Don't go for the cheapest price as alot of customers are doing this and end up paying double of what they expected.   2. Have an idea of what your expected budget is to ensure you do not request more than what is allowed for in your budget.   3. Compare against other builders or trades.

We usually charge based on what scopes of works need to be quoted as a lump sum price where our clients can realize they are paying for what they expect. We aren't the cheapest construction company as we ensure our company is completed with Quality and Assurance for all our clients.
