Presidential Building Services is one of 6 divisions of Presidential Group which, originally established as a commercial cleaning company by Ramadan's parents. Ramadan would attend jobs as a teenager with his parents and naturally progressed into a management role and eventually ownership of the group which. Ramadan established 6 distinct divisions within Presidential Group. Our Building Services, Emergency Services, Restoration Services, Painting Services and Facility Services Divisions each provide specialised services but also work together to offer our clients complete building, repairs, maintenance and cleaning solutions.

Also of importance is to ascertain if there are any necessary non aesthetic repairs that are required, prior to getting to the fun part, the selection of fixtures, fittings and decor. Quality workmanship is also an important question to ask about prior to making your decision, ask to see examples of previous completed works. Presidential Building Services have an extensive team of trades, all specialised in their respective fields. All our works are overseen, and quality checked by our fully licensed Building Supervisor who has over 20 years experience in the building industry. Ask your potential builder how often you will be provided with updates as your works progress, communication is key. When you build with Presidential Building Services you will be partnered with one our experienced Project Coordinators. Our Project Coordinators are your single point of contact from commencement to completion of your project. It is their role to ensure the entire process is as seamless and stress-free as possible for our clients.

Presidential Building Services take the time to listen to our customers and once the detail of our scope is finalised we ensure every job is meticulously scheduled, executed and inspected within the parameters of our established project management systems. We are also committed to ensuring all our clients are kept fully informed throughout the entire process and this is the reason each job is managed by one of our dedicated Project Coordinators who keep our clients up to date throughout the life of the project.
