Australian Property Care Pty Ltd is a fully insured business with products and public liability up to $20 million dollars. We also have workers compensation insurance & are eligible for home owners warranty.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My father built and developed 2 residential projects growing up which became our family homes. I fell in love with the idea that I could have the power make a living & to create the spaces I love and more importantly the spaces other people would love. I am fascinated by leaving my mark on the world with delivering high quality projects that will remain for decades.

My favourite customer experience was delivering a block of 3 units for a highly successful client in Coogee NSW.   After completing the project and being apart of the team that was awarded the Housing Industry Association Apartment of the year 2020, I asked the client "What does it take to be successful?" He responded "No matter what you do, do it better than everyone else and most importantly BE DIFFERENT"

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy being a builder because it allows me to fulfil my potential of being a highly educated individual by delivering a tangible finished product which hopefully will be arrange for decades. It allows me to leave my mark on the world whilst assisting and helping my clients create the spaces they truly desire.

What would my project cost me? We would need our in house estimating team to assess all aspects of the project to provide a detailed breakup of the costs. We will also need to assess if any council or service provider applications need to be made prior to construction commencing.

Every project is assessed individually by our in house estimating team. Our project management team then present a detailed quotation to each client outlining what our services will include/exclude and what costs are associated with carrying out these requested/necessary works
