Yes I am insured. Every year I have to lodge my payment as a professional services the government requirement is to insure the business just in case the client do not declare or provide some documentations.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I decided it because everyone is into business big or small, locally and international. I need to get into this business because everyone is participants. Most of us are living to earn and the way to earn a living is into business or into work.

I got a client who is always on the go and do not have enough time to his paperwork but most of his documents are complete. pointed out to him one time that he done something wrong with one of his suppliers and he recover it quickly.

I like most of my job because I control my time. I could do the job in my own phase and time. I like my job because I know most of my clients are easy to get along and I could explain things easily with them.

How long you were in the business? How good are you. I got a good reputation and work dedicatedly. I got the skills and qualifications and provide them with my ABN and BAS registration number.

1. How much will you charge me? Not much and sometimes average or lower than the competitor's price.  2. How long it will be finish? Presumably in a week in the job is a quarterly BAS or small business entity.

I am honest and clear to the client in explaining the things I have done or if the client could not understand I have to repeat and put an example to picture themselves in a situation .

I am very dedicated to my work and I work hard anytime a client rings me I will make sure I am available the earliest time as possible as I do not waste my client's time waiting for me.

I need to see their documents for example bank statements, invoices and the accounting package they have. If there are other statements of their suppliers and the kind of industry they are into.

I could save the customers money when I work with them  1.  By using emails in communicating it saves time and running around to them. 2. clear and complete documents 3. provide documents promptly

Yes if the is backlog of the job. For example the client did not do their books for more than I year I will give them a discount like I do not charge the client for the full price for every month I have done.

I know some of my competitors prices. I see to it that my price is not far away from my competitors prices. If I could charge lower than my competitor I will charge my clients below price than my competitors.

I do charge my services once I finished the job which my clients required me to do. I was asking the clients if they were happy with the report or the job I have done. If they need some more adjustments I see to it I have done those last adjustments and discuss with the clients and submit my charges to them.

I am specialized in accounting. analysis of profit and loss balance sheet and cash flow. I could do any ad hoc reporting if clients required for the needs especially in applying for their credit facilities.

I have studied in Tafe college and University as Bachelor of Commerce to qualify and I got work experienced in small and big companies and government agencies as well.
